What do you like best?
Meta-data centric, automated, data vault support
What do you dislike?
Client-side Excel interface can be troublesome / cumbersome at times, visualisation of client-side modelling needs improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product.
Great price point, great automation, great support/partnering with Varigence, start-of-life product lifecycle.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Automated data warehousing using data vault modelling for extensibility over time and historicity. Merging of multiple source systems (e.g. main bank, health insurance and general insurance) using customer/member matching to build a single warehouse ‘golden record’. Measure our data quality over time.
In which period or periods have you used the product and are you still using it?
Adopted early version of BIMLFLEX for around 8 months now and is our strategic relational, structured data store.
